jean, You forgot the part about the merge creating a lot more value (supposedly) for the new company... therefore, offsetting the dilution it'll create in getting us equivalent shares of the new company.

They'll end up with shares they didn't have before, but they'll also end up with VALUE they didn't have before. So, which will outweigh the other? We won't know until after the fact.
