They don’t need to... those in trials don’t need to see the data they already know and it’s obvious to the hospitals even if it’s blinded.

The FDA can comments on matters that the company has already released information on. Ask any stockbroker.

July 10th is 60 days from May 11th. So CYDY said they did it then and here on June 8th the FDA agrees.

Cut and dry, no debate. Now FDA could have problems with it, but one cannot say CYDY did not submit it in full.
