The investment thesis has changed drastically over the past 3 months. Even if Fannie and Freddie are released with a strong capital raise, there are still 10's of million of people unemployed and forbearance costs will be a major drag on the fundamentals in Q4. How long will it take the economy to recover without any stimulus or government intervention? The government needs to implement a permanent UBI system. The economy wasn't really that great even before this mess, the unemployment data is calculated to make it look good and it is a scam.

you have potentially invested yourself in highly regulated companies completely controlled by the government in terms of their profits and their capital requirements.
