The Judge allowing the formation of the Equity committee I thought put away the thought of dismissal? Could they still get the case tossed? I'm kinda on the fence about Jones. It was cool he allowed the Equity Committee. But Could that have been allowed though to eliminate the possibility of dismissal? Make it quicker and Easier for JCP. This is my main concern. It appears they were decietful and case should be tossed. But is it still possible or even likely?
