This is EXACTLY my fear. Makes no sense. It almost seems like they have given up and they are just going to start dumping and dumping. Totally mis-managed as this is the WRONG time do this with a product on the shelves and good momentum. WHY NOW?! Totally clueless management? Makes NO sense.

You need to entice investors...not scare them away! A/S raises are near the top of the list of something a penny stock should not do.
