No telling. But splitting between two buyers - the nice round quantity and dollar figure definitely doesn't scream 'dump' to me. Looks to me like two associates going in for a hundred k each.
That’s a reach. I’m expecting a comment in one of the next financials saying they cancelled the lease and abandoned their Texas plan. That’s all they’re good at, making deals they can’t close.
