You are spot on, this is just a shell with a little active business going on in the future. Look for lower sub pennies on this stock as we drift lower. Any of the bigger dollars are out, on the 2 pops up.

Don't know the size of the company but they have at least 8 people. I‘m sure are many people but their website shows at least 7-8 on the about page.
