Already answered. Gary set up 3GC Ltd. years ago. Business Consulting and investment firm. Registered with State of NV. At some point along the way it became inactive and the registration expired. After 5 years of inactivity in NV it becomes "permanently revoked" Doesn't really mean anything. The company did exist, it appears in SEC filings in the early 2000's, and he was President. Nothing false. The 25 years statement has been reused (transferred in a template probably) for several years and should probably be fixed. But that kind of thing happens all the time with inconsequential info in filings.

I'm understanding that your contention is that Gary could not be CEO for 25 years due to revocation, correct?

Was he ever CEO of the company? Is that so relevant today?

Did you rely solely on that statement before investing?
