One thing is for sure...this is great news from where we were 3 days ago. I'm OK with them issuing new shares like Red stated. This is something that generates revenue, so giving shares to the owners of DryWorld in the purchase makes a lot of sense. they could make a ton of the increase in share price. IBGR gets revenue to fund other ventures, or to help finish existing ones. IMO
