I pointed out that the Q4 10Q no longer showed Bill Maxcy as a noteholder, which led me the think that he was no longer invested in the company. Also they missed the March delivery date for Applicate to be completed, which meant that the programmers and Maxcy did not get their preferred shares. I think we should keep an eye on the NVSOS to see if they are expunged from IBGR as part of this deal. My guess is that will be the case.
