Churak, are you on drugs? Nothing newbie about me. Lance in trouble? I think not. Lance is keeping an open mind and trying to handle this in the most fair way possible. In case you don't get it, this is an open discussion and we are all expressing our personal opinions on the matter.

The bottom line is this...it's Lance's board. Lance is a big boy with a good head on his shoulders. He will ultimately decide what he thinks is right. I've voiced my opinion and so have others.
