First off, the contract with SUNY isnt with PCT. So PCT didnt sign SUNY to anything!!

Second, the revenue to PCT for the SUNY business doesnt even SNIFF $500k!! Thats total BS!!! 3 year lease that PCT getting appx $5k/mo = $180k!!

FACTS are important, not TOTAL BULLSHIT!!
