amusing that this finds its way home. My own favorite version of this great song is Bonnie Raitt with Lowell George etc. Now that is sweet.
Yes indeed, the Coyote and Planet posts were contrived for amusement, in part, for sure.
I will say that I did not think for one minute that the lung cell tests would turn out that good. I am still suspicious of the whole endeavor and I would still like to know more details, for sure.
But if the lung tests are really that good, how far behind can human trials be? It is a bit confusing, right? Why not an announcement by the RBL directly with much more scientific detail. Sure, I know the answer- it will all come out in a journal.
Prev I have mentioned bioArxiv(prepublication articles)- those with any science background will be waiting anxiously to get a look at details. Or wherever they come out.
At this point I will say that it looks pretty good and so much better than I thought possible. As I wrote earlier- after reading the PR I bought a few more shares to add to way too many purchased at higher prices(some lower, too).
You are correct in recalling me as a long ago long, saddened by the Prurisol debacle, still suffering from the horrible B OM data subsets. And yet I still have hope for UP/UC as recently stated, and now there is some chance that the antiviral activity of B is truly important.
When will we know more? How can they not expedite some human trial? Could we know more in 4- months? That would be my most optimistic hope.
Would that be amazing or what? A company just clinging to life, so close to expiring quietly in the pink sheet backwaters, turns out to play a big role in the pandemic that has changed all our lives?
That would be a miracle, for sure.
