Worth what? EXACTLY $1/sh, no more & (he also sold shares for) LESS!
From the CEO himself,...no matter WHAT ANYONE says, he undermined SHAREHOLDERS, the company & his OWN LETTER (& business). ACTIONS speak louder than words.
He sold MILLIONS of SHARES for $1 & LESS! Live with it!
Getting OTHER PEOPLE jazzed to BUY on ANYTHING else is MISLEADING,... as the CEO himself has RUBBER STAMPED shares as priced NO HIGHER than $1.20 so take it up with him. He doesn't think it's worth MORE THAN THAT!
Otherwise, his LAZY A$$ would have found money elsewhere. AND he SCREWED shareholders who bought this at $10-$12 undercutting them by OVER 90% by selling shares for $1 & less... Too bad! But no one can say this UNPROFITABLE enterprise is WORTH MORE than the CEO can sell shares to investors, bankers, insiders, etc.. & his ACTIONS speak VOLUMES!! Bottom-line!
