I am not trying to do anything Mark.

If insiders bought right now, all of us would know for sure that they knew the odds were greatly in our favor of commons staying intact.

If insiders sell, it should be consider a red flag that they might be privy to info that the commons might not stay intact.

Help me understand why the management team selling the majority of their shares is all of a suddenly good???
