The trick with toxic notes is it does not matter how much the stock has fallen the clock for the new round of tanking starts when a new note is issued. Some as recently as .01 so this could easily revist .0019 which is the all time low.
Expect a massive AS increase coming at these cheap prices 1 billion will not account for the toxic conversions on tap
