Not to mention they are already having massive problems getting people to wear masks and social distance. There is no way this is going to fly. "Big, big case" will come first time some employer or government body tries to enforce an immunity passport.
This is just to take our minds off the AC failure.
On the other hand, this may fly in North Korea. All they have to is convince one guy it is a great idea. This would be a great job for the marketing consultants. Those plane tickets I wouldn't mind dilution for.
