Any idea what the markup is on the furniture and how 20% discount will affect their margins?

All I can say is..

The Rotmans are astute businessmen and retail furniture merchandisers who have operated a huge business for a very long time.

I’m sure they’ve figured out the percentage of the cash flow they can afford to pay out and still stay in business.
