Chuck said he wants billions...hows google going to look..when NLST says ..we had a meeting..we shared our tech...with google...with an NDA...then they take our tech use it for years and then lie to the judge and say we are not using it...the judge calls an audit and catches google red handed...
Whats a jury going to say..after three judges unanimously say..the patents are valid...and NLST says..google Made 800 billion from 2010-2020. arent we entitled to 2-3 billion..they wouldnt have been #1 without our tech...
now many are looking for 10-20 billion..can Google take the risk of being in front of a jury...and risking triple damages that could be as high as 10 billion?
