Thanks that's more than I could get from vcsy chat. I'm no lawyer but if these things are true then there's no doubt that the case will win in your favor.

Hope everyone gets their money back one way or another and Wade is held accountable. Don't forget that the patents still belong to the company and are worth a lot to someone. This may be a bump in the road but if the right guy comes in they will turn ploinks into a big success. Good luck.

Looks like the case is dismissed because they didn't identify the company's actual headquarters..

At least that's what it is on Luiz's case. I didn't see all the other names that yours had. But the rest looks similar.
