the one thing i can say from the one conversation
i had with bill is he does not know about the dirty inside play of the otc market..
(the shares,the pre order spots)
he does not have the certain times down by the market
makers to certain events,but the charts do not lie.
his stocks might have a pick at the wrong time,
but they do come back and over 70 percent go over
the hump he has stated as the blue sky..

SEVU was an excellent call at the .25 wall this week
