The unvested shares have to be shown, per comment, I think your thoughts are the price already accounts for the unvested shares. Or are you stating CVSI gets hit twice? AT disclosure of unvested shares as well as again when they vest? That seems to be the thesis of many posters on this board.
Yes and if I recall some or all of these options are out to 2023. I didn't want to get too detailed or technical, just stating the applicable share increase from 2017 to 2020 was about 9M. CV is not a flyby night, increasing authorized shares to 2 billion like some here say to deceive.
More important than anything now is the White House - Office of Business Management (OBM) and their review of the FDA's draft guidance. Moving along........
