Mark, no doubt things are looking good but we have to put up a challenge and hopefully, the EC is hard at work on that because the foundation for bk cases, unfortunately, is to cancel Equity.
There MUST be some real numbers proven in court and not those numbers that are not realistic such as Book-Value. It is very unfortunate but legal to do this thus zeroing out Equity and issuing new paper.
