Doubtful. No deficiencies have been issued on EWLL. This will ride out until Q2 results are released. The OTC markets are not enforcing bid compliance due to COVID through June 30th. Any deficiency notices sent will have longer to comply. I would be surprised if OTC didn't extend the leniency through September.
