Big block on the ask right now 93k shares. That’s a big chunk but not nearly as big as most Longs hold here.

I’d bet Chas has personal reasons to head back to LA. Not much is happening in Vegas anyway. They need funding first. Can’t do much without money and he can’t sell shares in a chill.

Not sure about Chas' motivation for moving back to L. A., though I do know he makes frequent trips to Vegas for CTDT purposes (he was on his way there when I last spoke to him).

Regarding your other question, I do think Chas is trustworthy,and I am confident we will see good things here...so why not buy more shares at these levels? I have actually added to my position a bit. However, at this point I am comfortable in my position, and my funds are tied up elsewhere. Would I like more shares?...absolutely. But for now I have reached my risk appetite. There is no such thing as a sure thing. Once news breaks,I might buy some more.
