Re opening up -- I'm sure they have to follow the law.

BxA just now is 55.8M(@.0001)x179.8M(@.0002). Although there hasn't been much volume to speak of (only 1.2M shares, mostly at .0001), it's interesting that the ASK is starting to increase. In dollars, it isn't all that much, but still ... a few people are starting to think it's worth trying to get in at the bottom.
