In a perfect world, if all 51 diseases were treatable, I might think you're right. I certainly hope so. But I can't think of a single , not one, drug company that has a developing drug that they don't think holds promise. The proof gets down to the phase 3 trials where most of them don't produce the desired result. Until we get way further down that road, for me anyway, I'm going to manage my expectations slightly lower than others. Even getting 25 indications and approvals would be something .
