I think there is a lot of people flipping to ride cheap shares or even free shares so that if it goes south they are like oh well paid like 200.00 for 5000 shares after flipping 50k shares

1 month ago I would have thought 100% yes now that they (JCPenny’s) are in a bankruptcy the treasury would not use taxpayers money in such a company.
