I think the gist is that HOCl has been found to be effective to kill various bacteria as well as various virusses.
Thus it is a reasonable expectation that HOCl will prove to be effective to kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.
However, HOCl obviously does not kill Covid-19. In other words, HOCl does not kill/cure the Disease that is caused by the corona virus. We are all still waiting for a vaccine that will be able to cure the Disease. There are some treatments that may reduce the effects of Covid-19.
