- has never met a goal , good excuses
- failed to develop ADF opioids, developed good excuse
- gave up on higher value NDAS
-now just a puny generics company
- poor internal management
- no significant pipleline

- teva has not given up on adderall. they purchased Actavis who sells it for Teva

-Wlagreens is NOT stocking elite adderall in every store, in fact we have seen NO evidence they have XR in any store

- isradipine does not cure Parkinson's disease


-despite multiple attempts, this incompetent management team cannot get their 14A filing correct LOL
