The ticker $PLY* has 10.5B A/S, and O/S is 4.2B. More than 6B to be sold/diluted.

$RNVA is totally Maxed out. No more bandwidth to dilute at the moment. Common holders are going to get $5M worth of equity in the spin off. More positive news to come.
