There’s nothing speculative about it.

After 15 years of Diwan using it as his personal piggy bank to pay himself tens of millions of dollars, we know with absolute certainty what NNVC is about.

It might have been “speculative” 15 yrs ago when one might have wondered whether an engineer with no education or knowledge in virology or drug development really did invent “the penicillin for viruses”. But there’s nothing left to speculate about now.
