I have a question with regards to uplisting of a company to the Nasdaq that is presently trading on another exchange…… If this company presently meets all the requirements except the minimum price….. Can they be accepted with the condition that a reverse stock split is done at the same time as the uplist to the nasdaq.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Generally speaking we can agree to such an arrangement. However, we will require the reverse stock split to be completed at least 1 week before listing on Nasdaq and possibly for longer, depending on the quality of trading and other facts and circumstances.
