If they did go to nasdaq with a 100 to 1 split they would quickly go from 4 dollars pps to 1 or 2 dollars and struggle to maintain the required minimum pps, plus its going to cost quite a bit to perform the real edgar filings required to stay listed. Won't be happening any time soon imo. money lost per quarter would be higher. It explains why the pps has slid almost 60 percent in a few weeks, no one wants to be caught holding the bag. Imo the longs with so many shares have been selling as well.
