My expectation is that the RBL labs will know the nuances of how to submit a paper for publication to a journal. I've always suspected that Dr Menon was lacking in this area of expertise. Plus, not all papers submitted are published.
The outcome should be publication this time. From two different RBL's.

I hope it is published, but we've heard this tune before- from November 2016: "The work has been enormous. Now it’s time for us to begin publishing in peer-reviewed journals to complement the peer-reviewed data presented at oncology conferences. We are now preparing a paper on Kevetrin and p53 for submission to relevant scientific and medical journals. This should attract more attention towards Cellceutix and benefit our shareholders."
