Actually many of them wouldn't be considered

"solutions". Many are just band-aids on a gapping wound.

Our public schools are failing. You just can't throw money at them and expect improvement. Parents have to get involved with their children, that's the problem. Liberals don't believe in the traditional family unit and marriage, thus giving seed to more problems.

Medicare and Medicaid are band-aids. Affordable health care and insurance reform are the solution.

Social Security is not a solution. It has caused more problems than solutions. People think social security is retirement now instead of saving for their own retirement. It has done damage to our society's mentality. It had a purpose in it's inception. Now, the gov't has been stealing our money for decades.

Was Abraham Lincoln a neo-liberal? He fought on the side of true civil rights. Neo-liberals see special rights as civil rights, hence perpetuating reverse discrimination. A neo-liberal can't have a conversation without bringing in sexism, racism, and class warfare. The liberals feed off of the three.

As for the rest of your stuff, I can't say that the neo-hippie liberal movement has been instrumental in women's rights, minimum wage laws. Hell anti-war hippies didn't exist during the depression. If they did, we would've been speaking German.

Liberal "solutions"
Abort and kill a child, don't take responsibility
Freedom is free, therefore, no war is worth fighting
Freedom of religion means freedom from religion (perpetuating persecution all religion -- not what our founding fathers intended)
The term, "honor student" is bad because it makes others feel inferior... (reward bad behavior instead of good behavior)
NAMBLA should have the right to exist and be defended by the ACLU.

I could go on and on.
