After nearly 3.5M shares dumped at 0.0001 ACTL finally bounced up 100% to 0.0002 now! Let's Slap out all the current cheap asking shares as soon as today...

I wish ACTL will catch up with its peer PUGE to be traded at 0.0002 x 0.0003 very soon! Note, PUGE already hit 0.0004 with millions shares!

Hopefully ACTL will be Upgraded to "ACTIVE" status from "Revoked" as PUGE did!
