Many companies are taking out big ones because interest rates are at record lows.
Again, they already made a deal for a chunk. I highly doubt they will buy JCPNQ one property at a time. That would be insane.
The bidders want key properties, minus the junk ones, and massive debt.
This is why the top minds were looking into a REIT.
REIT, plus equity wipe out, or massive dilution. Remember, equity is the very bottom of the barrel.
It's really very unfortunate.
