When management announces that Wildfire is on a permanent hold... will long & loyal shareholders claim that shelving the film is a wise and brilliant decision made by the movie guru CEO? Perhaps they will say that "the dealmaker" realized the film was not very good so killing it was best for the shareholders. The deal maker strikes again! lol
And maybe the 41K HHSE loaned the production company will simply be laughed off as so small an amount, it's not worth even pursuing legal action. After-all, the company is drowning with cash and bonafide assets, 41K is nothing to be concerned about.
