If I could make a simple observation. In theory, what ever a MM does on one side of the action he/she eventually has to nullify that action with action on the other side of the market he is making in oder to have balance at the end of the day or period?

If he never makes this balance would he run the risk of "fails to deliver"?

Hope that makes sense. lol
