I don’t know it all but I do have common sense. Let’s just say you’re right. Can you explain the rationale behind paying HC Wainwright $1m plus in commissions for the placement offering if they already knew or agreed on the purchase? Seems to me to be a waste of money. If you’d like to give your perspective, I am more than willing to listen.
