Looks that way. It's about time!!!! I do imagine there may be some death throe activity over the next little while. The past Monday and Tuesday provided some optimism for the cult but Wednesday was $60, Thursday $120 and Friday $6. Not sure when BVTK will be declared delinquent but I really don't see Tom paying to have the accountants do any work so I expect that when the Covid reporting reprieve expires BVTK will go delinquent.

Why would you expect to see any news published at all? The company was just suspended and reinstated recently.
