Dude, you know your s*** lol. I only went off of the 8k that specifically stated they were doing a rs. However, that was prior to them raising the share structure. It's comforting that you are in this play, having full knowledge of the situation. Now let's all enjoy our weekend! See ya Monday

It wasn't intentional as BS. I was addressing the "R/S' topic.

It has nothing to do with not requiring a R/S. It does indicate that RTON has by now or intends to enter into additional convertible notes that would exceed the original 8B A/S...tell me that ain't so!!

Does not negate the previous note with the R/S requirement clause. New notes issued since then would be impacted as well if R/S implemented...unless financing later notes paid off that particular note.

Over 8B shares obligated...OMG.
