Plus there should be no talk of an RS until there is a Pre14c filed claiming so which is followed by a Def14c fourteen days later

Any talk of it now is total hogwash

Also if you follow the filings you will note that they cleared a large % of their notes in 2019 and what remained could be coming to an end any day now.

I want to see an 8k from Company claiming debt free.
