I believe FENRA would be required to approve (but RTON management holds majority of shares, it does not require SH approval). RTON would have to make that request public shortly to meet deadline...I would think.

Hopefully all this dilution is paying off the debt. Holding 16 million strong now. Big gamble but cheapest to buy when the most fear. Dilution should continue into early next week then hopefully turn the corner. Last post of the day for me until midnight. .005 my goal here.
