How do you know many ETFs and large investors have it in portfolios?

Looking for 32 to 35 cents for re-entry. I think I would go all in on a big, but brief dip to 27 cents range.
Not thinking it would happen unless Clay and his buddies are successful in their shorting. They are targeting below 42 cents to short it heavy.
