100k premarket, maybe that is a signal news is coming. I would think that they would have decided on a shell company weeks ago and yesterdays meeting will produce a definitave press release this morning in regards to the uplisting. Ed said he wants to be trading on the otcbb starting in 07. Uplisting within 2 weeks.
