Sorry, but BIOAQ was not sold. It was voided and dissolved.

The company no longer exists.

And the stock is worthless.

When the lawsuit ends and shareholders don't get paid, what then? What will the new excuse be?

Please explain what was sold and to whom it was sold.
The company was liquidated and the plant and IP was sold off to LCYB who is now owned by KKR.
