Warrants are available to exercise by investors on or around July 7th (can anyone confirm actual date) and have up to 5 years to exercise. Nikola has the ability to call the warrants also via a cash (essentially the same as you exercising your warrants on your own) or, via a cashless exercise beginning at that same July 7th timeframe.
