Very possible... Accumulation is clear and after a couple week consolidation period the base is formed around these levels and appearance of potential catalysts related to FINCANN merger, filings and JV activities could all be coalescing around later this month.

Fits a general pattern in OTC where secondary and much larger peak valuation appears 4 weeks +/- from initial breakout

.02 by end of June is both plausible and reasonable speculation..
